Day 54: Working Out!

Day 54:
I couldn't even stand the thought of working out before I started! I hated it..and now I still don't love it, but I certainly love the way I feel after! I started doing 20 minutes, then increased to 30, then 45, and now I do between 45 and an hour (depending on how I feel that day)! I'm getting better!

I find that music helps keep me going and every new song gives me a little energy boost, here is my playlist:
