Days 1-37: Intro to my 90-day Challenge!

August 3, 2012:
The day I decided I was tired of being overweight, unhealthy, and lazy. I began the Body By Vi 90-day Challenge and made a goal to lose 20 pounds and work out 30 minutes a day 4 days a week! I thought there was no way I could keep up with replacing 2 meals a day with a shake, but I'm 54 days in and have lost 15 pounds!! Here I'll post my shake recipes and workout regimens daily. This is my new motto:

Favorite Shake:
Chocolate & PB Covered Banana
2 scoops Vi Protein shake mix
1 Vi chocolate mix in
1/2 banana
1 tbsp. peanut butter
7 ice cubes
10 oz. almond milk

Day 22:
10 lbs. down and 8 in. gone!


Day 34:
Pants are fitting looser! I love being a loser!

Day 37:
Did not fit into this bridesmaid's dress when I started my challenge!
